Whitney Lovell, BSW
Executive Director
A native of Weir, Whitney attended Pittsburg State University’s Social Work Program and graduated in 2014. During her practicum, she began working at the Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) in Pittsburg where she started as a child and family advocate. Whitney has dedicated her professional career to the CAC. Whitney became the Executive Director in February 2018. Whitney was named Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce Women of Distinction for November 2025.

Bitty Vinardi, LBSW, MSW
Program Coordinator
Bitty Vinardi completed her Bachelors of Arts in Social Work at Kansas State University in May 2013. Bitty began her professional career working in child welfare in 2013 as a case manager, then foster care worker, and finally as a permanency supervisor. Bitty interned at the CAC while completing her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas in 2015 and 2016. Bitty worked as a hospice social worker before rejoining and becoming the Child and Family Advocate in September 2023. Bitty began the role of Program Coordinator in June 2024.

Madison Castellani
Child and Family Advocate
Madison Castellani graduated from Pittsburg State University with a bachelors degree in psychology and communications. She has worked in mental health services and child welfare since 2018 and has partnered with the CAC in different roles prior to becoming a full-time employee. Madison officially joined the CAC as the Child/Family Advocate and Forensic Interviewer in December 2024.
